Question: Does your organization have a purple unicorn?

Why do you need a purple unicorn, you might reasonably ask? You need one because they have a rare skill set—combining technical chops with marketing expertise and business acumen. They’re equally adept with data analytics, demand generation, and revenue modeling. They have become influential drivers of customer engagement, operational strategy, and business growth.
And yet, there aren’t enough of them—creating fierce competition for their services. In fact, marketing operations pros have become so difficult to find, acquire, and retain, many refer to them as purple unicorns. And yet they’re essential in today’s customer-focused, data-driven business landscape.
