At Verint, we are proud to be an industry leader and The Customer Engagement Company—and equally proud of our commitment to give back. Verint, through the dedication of our teams, strives to lead by supporting our communities and those in need.
Verint has always made community service and charitable activities a priority across the world. Despite the challenges and barriers caused by COVID-19, Verint employees have continued to exemplify the spirit of giving back and helping those in need.
Over the past year, the Verint family has found new and creative ways to support their communities. We want to take a moment to highlight some of these extraordinary activities.
Giving back to the community, and promoting diversity and inclusion
During our global employee and customer events, Verint always focuses on a NextGen initiative. During our most recent annual Sales Kickoff meeting, employees and Verint donated over $20,000 toward the regional organizations Black Girls Code, German Childhood Cancer Foundation and Cuddles Foundation. At Engage21, Verint employees, customers, prospects and partners also donated to support Black Girls Code.

Grassroots activities from around the world
To support the local community that was greatly impacted by COVID-19, Hong Kong employees donated supermarket coupons to help underprivileged families maintain and replenish supplies. A total of 120 gift packs were prepared by employee volunteers and sent to our non-governmental organization partner to help distribute to 112 underprivileged families before the Mid-Autumn Festival.
In Australia, employees donated 120 kg of food and personal hygiene items such as deodorant and shampoo to food banks for people in need.
During the Diwali celebration, employees organized a donation drive to buy and distribute essential supplies including a month of groceries and household items for 15 families.
Verint sponsored a regional exercise challenge with an 8,000 kilometer-target to raise money for charitable causes. Participation included employees in Scotland, Northern Ireland, England, the Netherlands, Hungary, North Macedonia and many others. Employees surpassed the target and then some, achieving 21,009 kilometers in total and raising $4,000.
We are grateful for and very proud of the Verint community and the generosity they demonstrate to so many amazing causes year after year—and especially thankful for the creativity and dedication during the trying times of COVID. Thank you!
