Happy Customer Service Week from all of us at Verint!
Customer Service Week—as many of you know—is not new. And after the last year, we can all see that this year is a particularly good one to celebrate the people on the front lines of customer service—the ones who have kept everything moving forward despite exceptional, profound, unpredictable challenges.
According to the Customer Service Group, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week in 1992 as a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October. This year this group is celebrating it with the theme “The Power of Service.” Another organization, the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), also promotes National Customer Service Week, with this year’s theme being “Celebrating the Heart of Service”—check out their website for more information.
What has come sharply into focus this year: We are better together. During the past year, how we engage with customers has transformed at an accelerated pace. And with this unprecedented pace of change, we’ve worked together to ensure that you could meet the elevated expectations of your customers on whatever channel they chose to engage.
Happy Customer Service Week to our amazing customers! And, of course, to our own great customer service teams at Verint who work each and every day to help you!
