The 1GLOBAL mobile voice recording capability extension enables organizations in regulated industries to allow their users to communicate safely on the move and have all mobile calls streamed directly to their Verint onsite recorders through a fully accredited and seamless integration.

How does it work? 

The Verint 1GLOBAL Finance capability extension uses an industry standard SIP integration architecture on a N, N+1, or 2N model depending on the level of resilience required. Once set up 1GLOBAL Finance stream all  calls that have the recording profile applied  to your on premises Verint solution as a live stream, never holding any data at rest and with the full suite of metadata. This enables 1GLOBAL content to be processed by the Verint recorders natively.

What is required to work?

To implement 1GLOBAL Finance mobile voice recording capability extension, customers need:

1. Connectivity between the 1GLOBAL network and their own infrastructure where the Verint recorders are operating. This is via private circuits or VPN.
2. Their own Verint Financial Compliance (VFC) recording solution or Verint v15
