What is it? 

Cisco Webex Meeting Capture Adapter offers out of the box integration to capture Cisco Webex Meeting voice, video, and screen share as part of Engagement Data Management (EDM) or Enterprise Recording.   These adapters manage the connectivity with the source communication system to securely and reliably capture near real-time voice interaction data, real-time Verint desktop screen capture, and interaction metadata. 

How does it work?

Webex Meeting public APIs are used to capture post meeting voice and video. Once interactions are available within Verint EDM, they will be normalized among other EDM Interactions and seamlessly available for Search, Replay, Quality Monitoring, Speech Analytics and any other Verint applications which utilize captured interactions.
