Common Application Server (CAS) Ready for Business (RFB) adapter for Verint Financial Compliance

What is it? 

CAS RFB adapter for VFC is a highly configurable set of tests undertaken on dial tone, private wires, intercom and turret to turret on Trader’s handsets and or speakers.

How does it work?

CAS RFB notifies customers of failures such as
- Inability to log into the Turret
- Inability to place a call on Turret
- Inability to see the metadata generated from the Turret
- Inability to see the metadata in the VFC

CAS RFB connects to the published API of VFC, IPC and BT Trading to facilitate the above tests.

-  IPC Systems Bluewave API
