All Workforce Management (WFM) products rely on an interface with an organisation’s Contact Centre solution to source historical and real time statistics for forecasts, schedules and reports. In a Genesys Cloud environment that interface was formerly provided by the Genesys Bridge Connector. However, the Bridge Connector has been deprecated by Genesys leaving customers who wish to integrate their Genesys Cloud Contact Centre with a Verint WFM solution without any way of doing so.
Piriti is the link required to source the agent realtime and historical queue information required by Verint WFM from Genesys Cloud and is a drop-in replacement for the Genesys Bridge Connector. It can be quickly and easily installed on a Verint Application Server which is part of an existing WFM environment or Circle can host it for cloud-first organisations.
No additional Genesys Cloud licensing is required. Piriti uses the public Platform API exposed by Genesys Cloud and included as part of the REST API feature of the Genesys Cloud 1, Genesys Cloud 2 and Genesys Cloud 3 pricing plans.
No additional Verint licensing is required either. Piriti uses the Generic Adapter included with all Verint WFM solutions.
Piriti is licensed per agent per month and invoiced annually via Circle Consulting & Software.
