What is it?
Harbers Solutions is a long term Verint integrations partner. We build solutions for customers automating connections and thereby adding value to customer business processes.
How does it work?
Customers come to us with their functional and/or business requirements. This can be done directly or via your Verint account manager or customer success manager.
Together we define the scope of the work which is required to meet the requirements including process and deliverables.
When the scope is clear we create a functional and technical design, then deliver the integration within agreed timelines.
We support and/or execute deployment of the integration on the customer environment and assist you with User Acceptance Testing. If required, we can also offer hosting for the integration (this has to be included in the scope). When accepted we schedule Go Live on your production environment. If maintenance on the integration is purchased we offer support services with a defined SLA.
