The adapter is capable of exporting all registered information in Verint WFM to SDWorx for various HR purposes

How does it work?

Based on your requirements, the adapter is configured with selected fields which then exports all matching records (on a defined time interval) to a csv-file which is then imported into SDworx.

Business requirements for field mapping.

Developed for cloud but can also be used on premise.
