The objective is to display a 360 view of the contact center or It Helpdesk activities through components available and connectors (Verint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Ms Exchange...).
• Push alerts, Provide feedback  Based on defined indicators and a defined threshold. Logepal can send a mobile push notification, a push email or display a scrolling message on screen. The manager can also schedule the display of messages on screen for the coming week.
