The adapter creates a connection between Verint Engagement Data Management and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The adapter runs daily to identify new interactions. The contact’s phone number is then used to locate the associated case within the contact’s account and embed a link to the recorded interaction. A link to the contact record is also added to a custom data field in Verint EDM.
The integration has safeguards to prevent selecting interactions that have already been processed.
