What is it?
The adapter gathers an employee’s scheduled shifts and activities from Verint WFM and updates their Outlook calendar accordingly, adding and deleting scheduled events.
- The adapter runs once daily and updates the next 14 days of events.
- All events added to the calendar are set to Busy (vs Free) and Public (vs Private).
- The events are noted as being added to the calendar by Verint.
