What is it?
The Microsoft Dynamics Adapter for Wrap-Up Bot enables seamless integration between Verint Interaction Wrap-Up Bot and Microsoft Dynamics by automating the transfer of call summaries. After each call between an agent and a customer, Verint Interaction Wrap-Up Bot generates a summary. The adapter captures this summary and updates the related customer record in Microsoft Dynamics. This ensures that all customer interactions are properly logged and easily accessible for future reference and reporting.
