nimbus Compliance is a wage-compliance adapter for Verint Workforce Management. It automates award interpretation, performs compliance checks, flags potential breaches, and optimises payroll workflows - all while preserving your existing tech stack
How does it work?
- Connects to Verint WFM and payroll systems via APIs or data connectors.
- Ingests employee schedules, timesheets, and pay rules from Verint.
- Applies award rules (e.g. penalty rates, overtime, allowances) to verify whether payments comply.
- Flags deviations or potential breaches (e.g. underpayments, rule conflicts).
- Generates reports, alerts, and reconciliation outputs for payroll systems or admins
What is required to work?
- A Verint Workforce Management system instance with API access or data export capabilities
- Access to your payroll system (or relevant payroll data feed)
- Configuration of award / pay rule definitions in nimbus Compliance
- Appropriate authentication / permissions and secure connectivity between Verint, nimbus, and payroll systems
