Assist+ offers real-time guidance to agents based on current most successful interactions, to improve their productivity, reduce compliance risk, and support agent well-being. Automated note-generation and summaries and escalation to managers in real time.

How does it work? 

• Sentient Assist+ connects to Verint Real time Agent Assist
• Assist+ generates suggestions to be offered to agents in real time, to complement and enhance the existing functionality, by scanning more than 50 behaviours, emotions, and events, and triggering suggestions to improve outcomes of each interaction.
• If beneficial, Assist+ is able to leverage the Verint real-time transcription, and Verint Real Time Agent Assist can consume Assist+ output either as triggers or notifications, or both.
