What is it?
The Salesforce Adapter for Channel Automation enables users to search and retrieve customer details from Salesforce so they are viewable in Channel Automation. Customers can be associated with Cases and Contacts. Additional customer data fields that are in Salesforce that are not in Channel Automation can be added to Channel Automation’s customer entity so agents can search for and view them as well.
