What is it?
The Salesforce Adapter for Wrap-Up Bot enables seamless integration between Verint Interaction Wrap-Up Bot and Salesforce by automating the transfer of call summaries. After each call between an agent and a customer, Verint Interaction Wrap-Up Bot generates a summary. The adapter captures this summary and updates the related customer record in Salesforce. This ensures that all customer interactions are properly logged and easily accessible for future reference and reporting.
