What is it?
SymTrain embeds seamlessly into Verint Channel Automation to allow agents the availability to use AI based automated roleplay to ensure they are at the top of their game every day.
How does it work?
Agents are delivered coaching exercises which have been targeted to them or can be chosen by each agent based on the work they deal with daily. The role play is delivered in the embedded SymTrain view of Verint Channel Automation.
The scenarios are bite sized roleplay exercises driven by AI to help the agent hone their skills when dealing with customers in similar situations faced in the contact center. They can be run when the agent is available and tracked easily for completion, etc.
