The Verint Community ticketing application allows community users to raise public and private tickets to be viewed and responded to. As an admin/moderator to the community, they can answer the tickets via a dashboard and close them when completed.
If the ticket is created as public, a moderator/admin can verify the answer to ensure the end user is getting the correct information.
As an admin, you can also set up canned responses to allow a more efficient response time to new tickets.
Cost – 20% of Verint User Licence.
