What is it?

The adapter gathers an employee’s scheduled shifts and activities from Verint WFM and updates their UKG calendar accordingly, adding and deleting scheduled events.

  • The adapter runs weekly and updates events on the UKG calendar for the next 21 days
  • Events are detailed, set to the employees’ local time zone, and categorized as "Busy" and "Public"
  • Scheduled events are noted as being added to the calendar by Verint.
