Workday Adapter for Workforce Management – Time Off Sync To WFM

The adapter performs two functions. On a daily basis…

  1. It gathers employee time off balances from within Workday and updates employees time off balances in Verint WFM.
  2. It identifies new time off events (approved and cancelled) from within Workday and then creates an events on the associated employee’s schedules in Verint WFM.

*The adapter can be installed with one or both of the functions enabled.
