Zoom Meetings Interaction Capture Adapter

What is it? 

Zoom Meeting Interaction Capture Adapter offers out of the box integration to capture Zoom Meeting voice, video, screen share, and chat as part of Engagement Data Management (EDM) or Enterprise Recording.   These adapters manage the connectivity with the source communication system to securely and reliably capture near real-time voice interaction data, real-time Verint desktop screen capture, and interaction metadata. 

How does it work? 

Zoom Meeting public APIs are used to capture post-meeting voice, video, screen share, and chat. Once interactions are available within Verint EDM, they are normalized among other EDM interactions and seamlessly available for search, replay, quality monitoring, Speech Analytics and any other Verint applications which utilize captured interactions.
