This includes the following enhancements:
- Links to commonly requested documents such as the Supported Infrastructure Matrix, Release Pack and Installation Guides.
- EM release history (top right navigation) which describes features per release and links to release notes
- Product Areas restructured and fully migrated to Madcap Flare for latest end user output formats
- PDF documentation available directly in the web help and also accessed via the ‘PDF Downloads’ menu (top right navigation).
- New look and feel consistent with Verint technical doc and enablement groups
Don’t forget you can also provide feedback on specific topics as you browse the documentation using the [+] Feedback panel. This automatically raises a documentation task and someone will respond to your feedback as soon as possible.
