Channel Automation / Knowledge Management Enterprise 2023R4 HFR2 is now available for download for on-premise installations.

This HFR delivers improvements which impact configuration, behaviour and general usage:
- Channel Automation
- The Messaging Channel now supports the SMS platform.
- Knowledge Search widgets in the Auxiliary Panel now include options to open results in the Knowledge Centre or a new browser window.
- Knowledge Search widgets in the Homepage now include options to open results in the Knowledge Centre or a new browser window. They also refresh automatically whenever the user returns to the Home Perspective.
- The Agent Avatar hint text now displays the name and user name on hover.
- Knowledge Management Enterprise
- Ability to define replacement terms and reserved words inside Synonym Sets.
- New system properties have been added to configure search highlighting behaviour.
- A new system property has been added to configure the duration of the Expandable Text warning message.
- The styling of the top bar of the Knowledge Desktop has been updated to align with that of the Agent Desktop.
- The Agent Avatar hint text now displays the name and user name on hover.
