We are pleased to announce the general availability (GA) of Engagement Orchestration (EO) and Knowledge Management Enterprise (KME) 2022R5 for on-premise installations.
This release delivers key improvements which impact configuration, behaviour and general usage. Highlights below:
- Updates affecting both EO and KME:
- A new System Audit reporting domain has been added, allowing you to report on changes to various Entities.
- The Script Report - Read Entitlement has been added to the Business Admin Profile.
- The Manage Assets / Add Image screen UI has been restructured.
- The Agent Settings dialogue now displays the Product Version.
- The Manage Entitlements screen now displays Entitlement system names.
- The Manage Homepages Screen now displays Homepage IDs.
- Engagement Orchestration:
- Private Social Messaging:
- Twitter DMs and Facebook Messenger are now supported by Private Social Messaging.
- Private Social Messaging now supports the use of Bots.
- Unified Data Gateway API:
- When returning Messaging Contact data, the sender of a message can now be identified as ChatBot for messages sent by a bot.
- Private Social Messaging:
- Knowledge Management Enterprise:
- The Expandable Text plugin for the rich text editor has been enhanced to be more robust and allow Knowledge Authors to easily fix broken expandable sections.
- New property available to configure whether concurrent login warning is displayed for KM users. The default KM Profiles are configured to not display the warning.
- Third Party Support:
- Support for Avaya Aura AES 10 has been added.
- Support for Avaya Aura AES 5.2 has been removed.
- The version of Unblu supported for Cobrowse is now 6.46.
- Support for ESRI ArcGIS Server has been removed.
- The version of PHP required for the spellchecker is now 8.0.
