Engagement Management 15.3 FP7 HFR3 is now available for download.
- To obtain the HFR use Internet Explorer to access the download link here - there is a known issue with other browsers which we are working to resolve
- To view the Release Notes which contain a list of all fixes and enhancements made to Engagement Management in this release, visit VerintConnect
