We are pleased to announce the general availability (GA) of Engagement Orchestration (EO) and Knowledge Management Enterprise (KME) 2023R2 for on-premise installations.
This release delivers key improvements which impact configuration, behaviour and general usage. Highlights below:
- Updates affecting both EO and KME:
- A new Field Audit Service API has been added, which allows the retrieval of audit data for Entity fields which have been updated in the system.
- API Updates:
- The Agent Service API now returns details of when an Agent was last authenticated by the system.
- The Script Service API now returns details of Tags assigned to Scripts.
- System properties have been added to allow additional mime types to be added to the Upload Types used for certain attachments and uploads.
- When viewing an Agent through the Manage Agent screens, the Last Activity field has been renamed to Last Authenticated.
- When viewing a configured Web Integration Authorisation Server in the application, a read-only UUID field is now displayed.
- Knowledge Management Enterprise:
- An Entitlement has been added to control whether the application respects the configuration set for reusable content search for specific users.
- System properties have been added to allow the ability to configure which Tagsets are returned by the Tag Service API and KM Search Service API.
- API Updates:
- The KM Content Service API now returns details of the Tags assigned to Scripts.
- The Tag Service API now returns details of the Script Purpose Tagset by default.
- The KM Search Service API now returns details of the Script Purpose Tagset by default.
- Third Party Support:
- Support for Sharepoint 2013 is removed.
- Support for Avaya AES 8 and 8.1 is removed.
