The cloud changed everything.  How many times have you heard that?  And yet, how many truly understand the impact this massive transition has had on the ecosystems that ultimately deliver solutions to our customers?  

At Verint, we spent the last 18 months studying this question, and then building a brand-new partner program focused on helping our partner community add value and differentiation to the solutions you take to market—all with an eye toward creating long-term value for our mutual customers. 

Partners have always been critical to our success.  Together, we have thousands of customers where we work together to help them close the Engagement Capacity Gap.  Our marketing team does a great job discussing how the entire Verint portfolio helps fill that gap—find a great discussion of it here.  

The next step in our partnering journey with you includes not only transitioning to the cloud but doing it in a way that ensures our mutual customers find value today and in the future with the solutions we deliver.  

So, let’s get to work! 

Over the coming weeks, my team and I are excited to take you through each of the partner program elements.  On Wednesday, July 20, we are launching a series of webinars—our first session focuses on the partner engagement process and resulting plan we expect to build with each of you as part of your engagement strategy.  

That plan ensures that as you sell and deliver Verint Cloud Platform solutions, both you and Verint understand the roles and responsibilities, the value each of us adds, and the differentiation you can provide through the entire customer cloud journey.  We’ve gained a lot of experience building partner engagement plans and will share the tools and resources we developed to accelerate our mutual time to market.

Together, we will work with you to build an engagement plan that identifies our collective roles through each stage of engagement: pre-sales, provisioning, implementation, and customer success.  Additionally, we will help identify areas for differentiation, required enablement and associated resources—and even help identify other ecosystem solutions that could enhance your go-to-market strategies.
