Audit Viewer |
July 2024, C33 |
To protect system performance, the Audit Viewer search was changed so that the Time of Event date range is required, can no longer be left empty, and cannot exceed 6 months. To search for audits for a period greater than 6 months, perform multiple searches. In addition, the Audit Services API was updated to enhance system performance and expedite the retrieval of Audit details. This API serves as an internal component used by various system modules. |

Reduced publish and unpublish audit entries |
March 2024, C13 |
When publishing the schedule a second time with a few schedule changes, the number of audit entries has been reduced significantly. For shifts with no changes, there are no additional audit entries during the publishing or unpublishing processes. In Cloud environments only, you can view audit entries using the Schedule History application. In both Cloud and On Prem environments, you can use the Audit Viewer application. |

Audit Viewer |
February 2024, C09 |
In Audit Viewer, searching for more than 30 days of data can slow system performance. For this reason, if you leave the Time Of Event field empty, the system automatically returns data for the previous 30 days. |

Workforce Management |
Recalculation of time-off requests |
February 2024, C09 |
When a recalculation is triggered for an approved time-off request, if the newly calculated hours differ from the original calculated hours, the system attempts to retain the original total hours by adding or subtracting hours from the request. This adjustment is only made for requests or events that use daily defaults. It is not made for requests or events that calculate accounted hours using reference schedules. |

Calendar |
On the Calendar page, some of the grid lines between intervals may disappear depending on the browser zoom or screen resolution. This does not affect the data for each interval which is always visible, just the grid line in between them. Workaround Alter the zoom level to suit the screen resolution, so that the grid lines are always visible. |
