Getting Started with CredSpark for Verint Community (4 Easy Steps)

1. If you are hosted in Verint’s Cloud, open a support case to request CloudAdmin install the CredSpark dll to your environment.  If you are self-hosted/any-cloud, you can get the dll file to self-install from the Verint Connect Marketplace.
2. Once that is complete, you’re ready to download the CredSpark embeddable from the Verint Connect Marketplace for easy integration into your community. Then, install the XML file for the embeddable into your Verint Community instance. Instructions are here.
3. Once that’s done you’ll want to create a CredSpark account and get your API key to link it up to your Verint Community. Contact your Verint Customer Success Manager if you need help with any of these initial steps.
