Built-in dashboards

Built-in dashboards are read-only, ready-to-use visual reports based on insights from your data.

Data Insights Bot automatically creates built-in dashboards using engagement data from your Verint products. If data is available, built-in dashboards can illustrate business metrics such as shrinkage, resource capacity, or compliance statistics, or can help you track workforce performance from metrics such as average handle time or average hold time. Each built-in dashboard provides a specific collection of insights from related data.

Interactive vignettes and filters

Built-in dashboards include interactive vignettes and filters to help you focus on specific time frames or areas of interest.

Refreshing a dashboard reverts filters to the default options for that dashboard.

If the data required to calculate results is not available, or if results cannot be calculated due to the selected filters applied, Data Insights Bot displays We couldn't find any data matching your criteria.

Further analysis and narration

Built-in dashboards vignettes include an Analyze further option which displays the search result along with insights, chart, and narration options. The Show narration option displays the narration associated with the response to a search result.

Copying and sharing built-in dashboards

Copying a built-in dashboard provides a starting point for your own dashboard, ready for you to tailor to your own requirements.

Built-in dashboards cannot be modified or shared.
