Bid Options filter settings

When creating a filter to exclude specific shifts from the Bid Options list, define specific filter settings.

Field	Description
Schedule
Template Name	Name of the template assigned to the biddable schedule.
Availability	Number of instances of a particular shift template that have not yet been bid upon. Filter by: Any Number of Options Equal To No More Than No Less Than Between This setting only appears if the Group Bid Options by: drop-down list is set to No grouping, or if the Group Bid Options by: drop-down list is not displayed in your environment.
Group Availability	Number of available bid options in the shift bid groups. Filter by: Any Number of Options Equal To No More Than No Less Than Between This setting only appears if the Group Bid Options by: drop-down list is set to a grouping option.
Schedule Length	Length (in hours) of a particular template. When selected, you can set the length according to time or paid hours. Filter by: Any Length Equal To No More Than No Less Than Between
Number of working days	Number of working days in the schedule. The values include: Any number of days Equal to / Days No more than / Days No less than / Days Between / Days For example, to select all schedules with no more than 4 working days, select No more than from this drop-down list, and then enter 4 in the Days field. To select all schedules that have between 2 and 4 working days, select Between, and then enter 2–4 Days.
<Days in the auction> - You can set unique filter settings for each day in the auction. The following settings are available for each day:
Schedule	Defines the type of schedule on a defined day: Any schedule: Defines that this date can either be a working day or day off. Working day: Defines that this date must be a working day in the schedule. Day off: Defines that this date must be a day off in the schedule. This setting allows you to filter the list according to the type of schedule on each day. For example, you can define that you only want to see working day schedules on 01/01/2024, day off schedules on 01/02/2024 and all types of schedules on 01/03/2024.
Shift Name	Name of the shift assigned to the biddable schedule.
Shift Length	Length (in hours) of a particular shift (the number of hours on a particular day). Filter by: Any Length Equal To No More Than No Less Than Between
Shifts Starting	Shift start time. Filter by: Any Time At Not After Not Before Between
Shifts Ending	Shift finish time. Filter by: Any Time At Not After Not Before Between
Activity Name	Name of shift events within the schedules. You can select up to two events, and filter according to the events in the shift. For example: Break CKA Late Learning Break
Length	Length (in hours) of a particular activity. Filter by: Any Length Equal To No More Than No Less Than Between
Starting	Activity start time. Filter by: Any Time At Not After Not Before Between
Skills
Skills Associated with Shift	Allows you to filter the skills required for the shifts in the shift bid options that you want to view in the list. To select required skills for the filter, move the relevant skills from Available Skills to Selected Skills. Then, select one of the following options: At Least These Skills: The skills required for the shifts in the Bid Options list must include the skills displayed in Selected Skills. There can also be more required skills for the shifts. At Most These Skills: The skills required for the shifts in the Bid Options list can include the skills displayed in Selected Skills. There can also be less required skills for the shifts. Exactly These Skills: The skills required for the shifts in the Bid Options list must only be the skills displayed in Selected Skills. There cannot be any additional required skills for the shifts.
