View or change your profile

Your Verint Identity Management profile includes personal details such as the email address, name, and phone number you use across Verint Identity-enabled products.

If Identity Management authenticates your identity, your profile also includes the password you use to sign in to the Identity Management portal and your Verint Identity-enabled products.

Users can view information in their own profile and, depending on how Identity Management is configured, some users can change fields such as their name, email address, phone number, and if included, their password.

Changes to your name, email address, or phone number in Identity Management can take up to an hour to take effect across all of your Verint Identity-enabled products.

Before you begin 

Sign in to the Identity Management portal

Procedure

  1. From the menu next to your profile icon, select Profile.

  2. If you can modify your profile:

    1. Select the profile information that you want to change.

    2. Make the required changes and select Save.

  3. To exit your profile, sign out of the Identity Management portal.
