Administrators control user access to Verint Identity-enabled products by activating, deactivating, or deleting users managed through Identity Management.
For a user to access Verint Identity-enabled products, their Identity Management profile must be activated. Deactivation prevents the user from signing in to the products until they are activated again. On attempting to sign in, Verint displays a message informing the user that their account is locked.
Deletion removes the user's access permanently.
Procedure 1

Under User Management, select Users.

Locate the user and select their user name.
Each user name links to the information that a Verint Identity Management administrator can view or edit for a user.

Select Activate or Deactivate.

Select OK.
Procedure 2

Under User Management, select Users.

Move the cursor to the row for the user.

Under Actions, select the menu option (three vertical dots).

Select Activate or Deactivate.

Select OK.
