Importing user data from a comma-separated values (CSV) file is a quick and easy way to create Verint Identity Management profiles for up to 5,000 users (maximum 10 MB of data). The Import Users wizard converts data from the uploaded CSV file into individual user profiles.
To create user profiles successfully, the wizard requires a CSV file with formatted headers, columns, and fields corresponding to the set of data in a user profile. To help you create a valid CSV file, the wizard includes a template for you to download and complete.
