Create a user

Each user managed through Verint Identity Management requires a user profile. Identity Management uses profile information to authenticate non-federated users, or identify the Identity Provider (IdP) that authenticates federated users.

Only Verint Identity Management administrators can create user profiles.

Before you begin 

Sign in to the Identity Management portal

Procedure

  1. Under User Management, select Users.

  2. Select + Create.

  3. Provide the profile information required for a new user and select Create.
